Ways to pay

The payment options available to you are listed at checkout. They can vary by device, browser and card issuer.

Currency and prices

Prices on ozelva.store are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Sales tax, where required, is calculated from the delivery address and displayed before you pay. Shipping is free.

When your card is charged

Payment is collected when you place your order. Your order is confirmed once the payment is approved, and a confirmation email follows straight away.

Keeping payments secure

Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Ozelva never receives or stores full card numbers. We will never ask for card details by email, phone or social media.

If a payment is declined

Declines usually happen because of mistyped details, an expired card, insufficient funds or a security check by the issuing bank. Check your details, try another method, or contact your bank.

Pending or double charges

An unsuccessful attempt can leave a temporary hold that your bank releases within a few business days. If you see two completed charges for one order, email us your order number and we will investigate. Never send full card numbers or security codes.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method, as described in our Returns & Refunds and Order Cancellation Policy.
