What are your bags made of?
All four styles are made of faux leather. The exact details are listed on each product page.
Which bag fits a laptop?
The Structured Work Totes fit a 14-inch laptop. They measure 14.2 × 10.2 × 4.7 inches.
Which bags can be worn crossbody?
The East-West Shoulder Bags, Twist-Lock Saddle Bags and Mini Bowling Bags all have a long strap for crossbody wear. The Work Totes come with a detachable shoulder strap.
Where can I see measurements?
Width, height and depth are listed in inches and centimetres on every product page.

How do I order?
Choose a bag, add it to your cart, then open the cart and complete checkout.

Do I get an order confirmation?
Yes, by email as soon as your order is placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until it is dispatched. See our Order Cancellation Policy.

Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order to a US address.
Do you ship outside the US?
No, we deliver within the United States only.
How long will delivery take?
3–4 business days to prepare plus 6–7 business days in transit: usually 9–11 business days in total.
What is the order cut-off time?
5:00 PM Eastern Time on business days.
How do I track my order?

Returns
How long do I have to return a bag?
30 days from delivery.
How do I start a return?
Email support@ozelva.store with your order number and the bag you would like to return.
Who pays return shipping?
You do for change-of-mind returns; we send a prepaid label if the bag arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
How fast are refunds?
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and checking your return.
Do you exchange bags?
No. Return the bag for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
