These Terms of Service apply to your use of ozelva.store and to every purchase made from Ozelva. Using the site or placing an order means you agree to them.

Using the site

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your state to place an order. If you create an account, keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Product information

We describe each bag’s colour, materials and measurements as accurately as we can and show photos from several angles. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was shown in error, or payment cannot be verified. Cancelled orders that were paid for are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; changes never affect an order that has already been confirmed. See our Payment Policy for details.

Delivery

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for a parcel passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Order Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.

Intellectual property

The Ozelva name, logo, text, photos and site design are owned by Ozelva or used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without written consent.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, including by breaking the law, submitting false information, attempting to access systems without permission or interfering with how the site works.

Third-party services and links

We are not responsible for content or services provided by third-party websites linked from our site.

Mistakes on the site

If we discover an error in a price, description or stock level, we may correct it at any time. If the error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before it is dispatched.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses that result from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Choosing not to enforce a term at one time does not stop us enforcing it later. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order applies to that order.
